3) Payments, Access, and Refunds

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change from time to time. Taxes may apply based on your location. Access is granted per user license upon successful payment, unless specified as a team license.

  • Refund window: 14 days from purchase for eligible courses
  • Ineligible: Completed certificates, downloaded assets, or substantial course consumption may void eligibility
  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension

We do not store full payment card data; processing is handled by compliant payment providers.

4) Intellectual Property and License

User submissions: By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it without obligation to compensate you.

5) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., revenue, traffic). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norvatrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Your exclusive remedy is limited to the amount paid for the applicable course
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations; in such cases, the minimum liability permitted by law applies

6) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request by law enforcement. Upon termination, your rights to access Services cease immediately.

7) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Informal resolution first: You agree to contact us to attempt a good-faith resolution before filing a claim.
